Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every new account gets 7 days of full free access. To start, you choose a plan and set up autopay through Razorpay. No plan charge is made during the 7 free days. Razorpay may place a small verification amount (usually ₹5) to confirm your mandate, and it is refunded automatically.

• Your first monthly charge happens on day 8, after your free access ends.
• Your plan then renews automatically every month on the same date: Explorer ₹49, Challenger ₹99, Master ₹149.
• Your bank or UPI app sends a pre-debit notification before each charge, as required by RBI e-mandate rules.

• You can cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription, or by revoking the mandate in your UPI or banking app.
• If you cancel during the 7 free days, you will not be charged at all.
• If you cancel after a monthly charge, no further charges are made and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Monthly charges that have already been made are non-refundable. The exceptions are duplicate or erroneous charges, which are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of being confirmed.

To report a duplicate or erroneous charge, contact us with your registered email or mobile number and the Razorpay payment ID.
